The Waitlists page is the dashboard’s home: a grid of every waitlist in your account, with quick stats and one-click access to setup and detail.
Grid
Each card shows:
- Name and status badge (Active or Archived).
- Total subscribers.
- Today. Signups in the current day.
- 7d. Signups in the last seven days.
- Sparkline. A chart of the last seven days of signups.
- Origins count and last updated date.
- A three-dots menu with Settings and Archive.
Click anywhere on a card to open the detail page.
Tabs
Filter the grid by status:
- All (default)
- Active
- Archived
Each tab label includes a count.
Search
The search box filters in real time on name and ID (case-insensitive substring match). Combine search with the active tab.
Sort
Pick how the grid is ordered:
- Recently active (default). By last update.
- Recently created. By creation timestamp.
- Most subscribers. By total count.
Toolbar actions

| Export all | Downloads a CSV of every waitlist in your account. |
| New waitlist | Creates a blank waitlist and jumps to its setup page. |
Empty state
If you haven’t created any waitlists yet, or if the search and tab combination matches nothing, the grid replaces itself with a small centered card showing what filter is active. Click New waitlist to create your first one.
