Activity log

A record of every change made in your account.

The activity log records every action that changes state in your account: who did it, what they touched, and when. It’s restricted to admins.

What gets recorded

Every meaningful action writes one row, including:

  • Creating, archiving, or deleting a waitlist.
  • Updating settings, theme, or notifications on a waitlist.
  • Adding or removing an origin.
  • Deleting subscribers (single or bulk).
  • Exporting subscribers to CSV.

Each row keeps a snapshot of who did it (name and email) at the time, so historical entries stay meaningful even if a teammate later changes their name.

Page elements

  • Action filter. Dropdown to scope to a single action type. Defaults to “All actions”.
  • Pagination. 25 entries per page.
  • Table. Actor, action, resource, and relative time. Click the eye icon for full detail.
  • Detail modal. Full timestamp, actor info, resource, and metadata.

Retention

Every activity row is kept indefinitely.
