The activity log records every action that changes state in your account: who did it, what they touched, and when. It’s restricted to admins.
What gets recorded
Every meaningful action writes one row, including:
- Creating, archiving, or deleting a waitlist.
- Updating settings, theme, or notifications on a waitlist.
- Adding or removing an origin.
- Deleting subscribers (single or bulk).
- Exporting subscribers to CSV.
Each row keeps a snapshot of who did it (name and email) at the time, so historical entries stay meaningful even if a teammate later changes their name.
Page elements
- Action filter. Dropdown to scope to a single action type. Defaults to “All actions”.
- Pagination. 25 entries per page.
- Table. Actor, action, resource, and relative time. Click the eye icon for full detail.
- Detail modal. Full timestamp, actor info, resource, and metadata.
Retention
Every activity row is kept indefinitely.
