Billing lives at Dashboard → Billing. Admins reach it from the avatar dropdown in the top right (click your avatar, then Billing); teammates do not see the entry.

All plans include CSV export.
On Free, the embed widget shows a small “Powered by QueueUp” link below the form. On Pro and Team, the link is hidden automatically: there is no toggle to flip and no snippet to re-copy. Existing embeds pick up the change on their next page load.
Every paid plan is available monthly or annual. Annual gives a discount you’ll see at checkout.
Upgrading
- Click your avatar in the top right and pick Billing.
- Pick a plan and an interval (monthly or annual).
- Click Subscribe. You’ll be redirected to a hosted checkout page to enter your card.
- Once payment completes, you’re returned to the panel and the plan flips automatically.
Your subscription is billed by our merchant of record. Tax and 3D Secure are handled for you.
Managing your subscription
From the Current plan card, click Manage billing to open a self-serve portal where you can:
- Update your card or other payment method.
- Download invoices and receipts.
- Cancel or schedule a downgrade.
- Change billing contact details.
The portal link is short-lived. Open it from the panel each time you need it.
Changing plans
- Upgrades apply immediately. You’re charged a prorated amount for the rest of the current period.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep paid features until then.
What happens if I downgrade?
Existing data stays put. If you go from Pro back to Free with 5 waitlists, the 5 waitlists remain. You just can’t create a 6th until you archive enough to drop under the limit.
Integrations (webhooks, Resend) are paused automatically when you drop to Free. Their configuration, secrets, and waitlist bindings are preserved, but no events fire. Upgrading back to Pro or Team resumes them, except for any you had paused yourself before the downgrade. See Pausing and deleting.
Subscriber retention follows the new plan starting from the period rollover. Older subscribers may be removed once they fall outside the shorter window.
Cancelling
Click Manage billing and choose Cancel. You stay on your paid plan until the end of the current period. After that you’re moved to Free.
